Graciously hosted by the Rincon Band of Luiseño Indians\, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians\, Ah Mutt Pipa Foundation and Xumarr Ahkoots for these events. \nThursday\, January 23 from 12:00pm-4:00pm\nLocation: Rincon Government Center – One Government Center Lane\, Valley Center\, CA 92082 \nRegistration is encouraged but not required to attend – the council may send out parking and other logistical information to Eventbrite registered attendees.
