DESCRIPTION:Join the music groups to acknowledge California Native American Day 2024 at the Civic Center Courtyard.\nNative flute music will be performed 3-4pm by the Spiritual Wind duo featuring Mel Vernon\, Captain of the San Luis Rey Band of Mission Indians\, and Faustino Fredericks\, a Luiseño flutist.\nNative blues music will be performed 4:15-5pm by Tracy Lee Nelson\, a distinguished Luiseño/Kumeyaay musician and artist\, celebrated for his award-winning blues recordings and notable past with the band Redbone.
