Lake County is the home of California’s oldest natural lake\, Clear Lake\, and some of the best basketweavers in the world. Learn about the deep connection between water\, plants\, and basketry during this one of a kind gathering! \nDate: Friday January 23\, 2026\nTime: 12:30-5 PM\nLocation: Upper Lake\, CA \nGatherings will include:\nLocal instructors and dynamic ecological activities\nCommunity feedback sessions\nTransportation support for elders\nGifts for those who participate in feedback sessions\nDinner provided after the workshop \nThese gatherings will be held at the TERA Training Center on the Traditional lands of Robinson Rancheria\, Scotts Valley Band of Pomo Indians\, and Habematolel Pomo of Upper Lake.
