The Traditional Ecological Knowledge Department has been busy collecting and processing kuyée (round tule) for the upcoming Inter-Tribal Tule Boat Races.
Remember to work on your táme (tule boat), too! Join us Saturday, July 11, from 9am to 4pm at Black Miners Bar in Folsom, Calif., for a day of community, culture and friendly competition.
All are welcome to attend. Race registration is open for youth, adults and Elders.
