Running is My High is a large community event hosted by Native American Health Center that includes a 5k/10k run/walk around Lake Merritt in downtown Oakland and celebrates wellness, physical and mental health, nutrition, and social connection. If you are not a runner/walker, you are still welcomed to join us to enjoy traditional Native American drumming and dancing, outreach tables, and a children’s activity area.
