Indigenous Intersectionality Art Exhibit Opening Reception
In this group art exhibit, The Cultural Conservancy has convened Indigenous artists to explore what connects and intersects Indigenous communities, showcasing their unique perspectives, traditions, and artistic expressions, fostering a sense of solidarity and shared purpose. By weaving together the diverse threads of Indigenous experience, we create a tapestry of unity and strength.
12+ artists working in contemporary and traditional media are displaying selected artworks in Tides Converge, China Brotsky Gallery in the Presidio as well as in a digital catalogue at nativeland.org.
The Cultural Conservancy is committed to Native arts, media and knowledge-sharing through exhibitions, workshops, writing and study. We serve Indigenous communities through multiple exhibits and workshops throughout the year, including by-appointment viewings, virtual exhibits, and educational media for ongoing accessible learning.
