Los Angeles Native Youth Conference, Hoops and Heritage

The Fernandeño Tataviam Band of Mission Indians (FTBMI), Eduation & Cultural Learning Department, and American Indian Studies, California University, Northridge are pleased to invite you to attend the Los Angeles Native Youth Conference, taking place this summer at CSUN. This conference is for youth ages 12-24 and features interactive workshops, motivational speakers, sports activities, cultural teachings, and opportunities for creative expression. Native leaders, mentors, artists, and community organizations will be on hand to support youth as they explore their identity, strengthen their confidence, and discover new skills.
