Walk -Up Farmers Market is back! SCIHP Farmer’s Market will be held on March 21, 2024, at 3771 Cleveland Avenue, Santa Rosa. Gates open at 11AM until supplies last.
On March 22, 2024, we will be at MPA from 10am-12pm and Kashia at 1pm. Please bring your reusable bags.
