This workshop, Oct. 18, will cover the history of Pit BBQ and process of preparing and cooking Pit BBQ with Roy Mathews Jr.. The meat cooked during this workshop will be unearthed and eaten during the tribe's Fall Gathering event at Malki Museum on Saturday, Oct. 19, 2024
