4th Annual Native & Indigenous Research Symposium

The Native & Indigenous Research & Arts Symposium (NIRAS) serves as an academic space to uplift diverse Native and Indigenous research, narratives, art, issues and knowledges. We are looking for student presenters! Submit a proposal for NIRAS by Friday, February 2nd, 2024!

California Native American Day

SDSU Manchester Hall/Native Resource Center Centennial Plaza, San Diego, California

The center will be celebrating California Native Day on Friday, September 27th! From 12pm-1pm they'll be unveiling the third Living Land Acknowledgement statue. Project artist Johnny Bear Contreras will be joining to share more insight about the art pieces! There will be a dessert reception to follow at the NRC after the unveiling.
