Sacred Places Institute for Indigenous Peoples’ Media Team is organizing a tribal screening of the film “Our Water Ways”. This film highlights the deep connection between the people and their ancestral waters, showcasing efforts to preserve and protect these vital resources. Featuring interviews from relatives from across California, they invite you to participate in a dialogue around this new film as members of local communities have so graciously lent their perspectives on a sacred relationship to Móomat. This event will be an excellent opportunity for the community to come together, share stories, and discuss ongoing and future projects related to water conservation and cultural preservation.
