March Farm Volunteer Day at Heron Shadow

March 16 @ 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

The organization invites you to a community volunteer day at The Cultural Conservancy’s Heron Shadow Farm in Sebastopol, CA!

Sunday, March 16, 2025 from 9am-3pm

Come and connect with the community and the land as the group focuses on Native plant work and riparian (wetland near a stream) zone management. Activities may include weeding, feeding, and mulching strawberries and perennial areas, and selectively cutting down Olotón stalks for re-use. There are many different kinds of tasks for people of different physical capacities to help out and connect with the land and one another.

Your support helps the organization prepare for an abundant season of food and seed distribution to Native community partners across the Bay Area and beyond.

There are a limited number of volunteer spots available and an RSVP is required to attend.

Once you have reserved your spot through Eventbrite, you will receive an email with the location address and additional details about the day. If you have any questions, feel free to email tcc@nativeland.org.
