Free outdoor family festival! In honor of Indigenous Peoples’ Day, Getty hosts its fourth annual family event to learn about Southern California's vibrant Native American cultures. The theme this year celebrates libraries and storytelling, with activities sharing traditional and contemporary Indigenous perspectives and narratives. This year’s celebration is presented in partnership with The Chapter House.
In honor of Indigenous Peoples Day, Native Youth Foundation is hosting the Native American Heritage Festival in Grape Day Park in Escondido. The event is set to feature bird singing and dancing, food and art vendors, as well as other family-friendly activities.
