Cultural demonstrations, lectures, and of course, food tasting! This event is held usually in October and featured Cahuilla harvest foods such as wewish (acorn mush), a time-consuming but staple dish. The demonstrations often include Cahuilla bird singing, basket weaving, acorn leaching and grinding, pottery making, and flint-knapping.
