    Where: Mooretown Rancheria 175 Alverda Drive, Oroville, CA 95966 When/Time: Friday, June 6, 2025 - Begins at 5:00pm Saturday, June 7, 2025 - Begins at 10:00am The Northern Circle Indian Housing Authority (NCIHA) and Mooretown Rancheria of Maidu Indians of California will be hosting the 4th Annual Northern Circle Big Time celebration and gathering at Mooretown Rancheria. Everyone is welcome, and encouraged to bring their own water bottles and chairs.
