National Heirloom Expo

Come hang out with the Wishtoyo Chumash Foundation at the National Heirloom Expo going on from September 10th through 12th! Wishtoyo will be talking about the exciting and impactful work they’re doing to rematriate the land and restore Native food systems. They will be discussing local native plants and their importance to Chumash culture.
It’s important for Indigenous people to be present and be heard, especially in spaces like these that connect people to food systems and agricultural biodiversity.
