Food Sovereignty Celebration

Join the organization for a day to celebrate traditional foods at Suemeg Village on Sunday April 27th from 11 am – 3 pm. The guest presenter, Chef Pyet DeSpain, will be doing a cooking demonstration and the group will hear from local food sovereignty programs as well on the work they do to promote traditional foods. Please register at suemegfoods.ncidc.org so that the organization can get a head count for lunch.
