The Agave Roast event allows visitors to taste agave and other native foods.

There will be Native plant information booths. Great event for families and food lovers! Lunch served at noon – $15.00 suggested donation per plate. At 2PM, there will be an Artist Highlight with Yokuts Artist Poyomi McDarment. Tanin Pa’ashi Art Instillation in Lecture Hall. Free and open to the public!
